LIGHT STAGE

Light Stage enables us to capture shapes and textures of the human face in high-definition quality with stunning accuracy. By lighting a subject from various angles, it captures 3D mesh and texture in high resolution, and acquires photo-realistic details of skin such as texture/gloss and light transmission. We are working on the production of the realistic Digital Human by using Light Stage.

Application of realistic movement into a realistic CG character through facial capture.

Facial shape and 6 types of surface information are acquirable.
6 types of textures:

* Ambient occlusion map
* Diffuse map
* Displacement map
* Normal map
* Single diffusion map
* Specular map

This feature makes a significant difference from regular photogrammetry to LSX.

*We can supply a target model including the rigging controller as a whole (Autodesk Maya).
