In correspondence with a declaration of state of emergency by a government, we have enforced the limitation of on-site employees in order to prevent the spread of covid-19. Consequently, our motion capture studio was temporarily closed.

Upon the lifting of the state of emergency declaration by a government, while we decided to resume operation of our studio on Jan, 1st (Mon), we are implementing an infection prevention policy.

We would like to announce our guidelines during our shooting as follows:

-Ensure ventilation in the studio
-Consider social distancing; limit number of entries in the studio
-Require mask and/or shield at any time
-Disinfect/sterile studio, equipment and related facility
-Close the common area, no snacks and drinks to share
-Adopting a relay system which enables monitoring a shooting status remotely
-Separating regular trash and hygienic trash
-Adopting anti-virus coating (kino-shield https://www.kinoshita-kokin.com/) in a studio and waiting room

[Request for customers who are interested using our studio]
-Please check your temperature at home prior to visiting our facility. Thermography is equipped at the entrance of our studio for checking in.
-Please refrain from coming in our studio if you have a fever, 37.5℃ or more.
-Even if you do not have a fever but do not feel well, please refrain from coming in our studio.
-We check your temperature before lunch time.
-In order to prevent a cluster, please plan a shooting session with a smaller group.
-We may interrupt your shooting for a ventilation purpose.
-Please wash/sanitize your hands before and after entering our studio
-We ask everyone in the studio to wear mask and/or face shield (face shields are available in our company)
-Please bring your own beverages

We apologize for inconvenience caused and sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding. In case of further emergency measurement issued by a government or a worsen condition of virus spread, we may stop our business operation again. We will make an announcement accordingly.
